#Try Eating More than Thrice A Day:
This ancestral habit of eating only thrice a day  i.e Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner has to be stopped by us as this might have worked for them but it is definitely not going to work for us.

Many of us fall under the category of Student or 9-5 Employees, and eating more than thrice is very difficult for us but we have to manage our time accordingly for the quick snack , this will not only give you  sudden boost of energy but will also keep your body filled with necessary proteins and other minerals.

#Avoid Eating Eating Junk and Processed Food All The Time;
Now, this seems very difficult as many of us might have to travel lot for work or the bachelors who stay away from their family can follow these points:
  •     Try having fruits  and dairy products like milk, curd etc which will be an add-on to your diet and will help you eat less junk food .
  • If you are a student you can prepare your own food.
  • If you are a Employee try having more and more boiled food.
many of you might say we don't have time t prepare our meal or we can't eat boiled food much or i hate dairy products etc,  For such people i would like to say only one thing that Every one has got 24Hrs in a day you should be smart enough to plan and prioritise your day effectively.

#Include Exercise In Your Every Day Routine:
By including exercise in your routine does not mean you have to go to the gym , you just have to do little bit of exercise which can be done indoors easily like Burpees, Push-ups Crunches Etc.
BURPEES
